With reference to previous corresp ndence resting with my letter No. 68 of 24th September, 1940, regarding attacks on Chinese junks near Hong Kong by Japanese naval vessels, I have the honour to forward for Your Excellency's consideration the accompanying copies of police reports and supporting statements regarding further attacks on such junks.
